Jeremy Nusbaum has led U.S. Government contracting business development and program management, resulting in over $3.5 billion of recognized client revenue. He has also won and managed several GWAC contracts and dozens of IDIQ with a combined ceiling value of over $120 billion.
Mr. Nusbaum has provided capture management, proposal management, program management, and pricing consulting for over 120 clients including Affigent, Airbus, ASRC, Attain, Booz Allen, Dell, Deloitte, Ericsson, GDIT (CSRA), Govplace, Harris, Perspecta (HPE), Mantech, Microsoft, Red River, Softchoice, V3Gate and WWT.
Mr. Nusbaum has led strategic capture efforts for hundreds of bids including more than a dozen multi-billion dollar IDIQs such as SEWP III, SEWP IV, SEWP V, CIO-CS, CIO-SP3, CIO-SP4, ITES-3H, ITES-3S, NETCENTS 2 Products and FirstSource II. He identified new opportunities, led bid/no-bid decisions and gate reviews, and held primary responsibility for company-wide B&P pipeline.
He also led the IDIQ PMO several companies, heading program management for more than a dozen multi-billion dollar contracts including SEWP III, SEWP IV, DHS FirstSource II, VA CEC, Navy SeaPort-E, GSA 8(a) STARS II, and NETCENTS 2.
Additionally, he has spoken at several conferences, trained over 1,000 industry leaders, and published several articles and white papers.
Ken Brown spent the first 40 years of his distinguished career focused on selling and leading teams of sales professionals to deliver innovative and mission critical technology products and solutions to the U.S Government. Over the course of his career, he developed expertise in a wide range of hardware, software and IT services.
He represented large Fortune 500 companies such as Xerox, Digital Equipment, and Hewlett Packard as they set strategies and product roadmaps for supporting the needs of government employees. His passion for technology led him to also work with emerging organizations including F5 Networks.
In 2014 Ken joined NASA’s “Solution for Enterprise-Wide Procurement, SEWP Program Management Office (PMO)” leadership team. Ken brought a unique industry perspective as he understood the challenges and opportunities of being an information technology provider. His role was critical to the education and guidance of Information Technology companies utilizing and engaging with the SEWP contract vehicle. Under his support and leadership, two key initiatives for the SEWP Program were developed: Federal Agency Strategic Support Team (FASST) and the Industry Relations Team. Both initiatives allowed Ken the opportunity to work closely with both government and industry executives.
Ken has fostered trusted relationships within the U.S. Government marketplace and continues to provide his expertise to Information Technology companies as a consultant and principal of SEWP Advisory Services.
Stephanie Geiger

Stephanie Geiger has nearly two decades of experience in U.S. Public Sector marketing with various leadership roles at Professional Services firms, Value-Added Resellers, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). Throughout her career she has directed the public sector go-to-market strategy, programmatic marketing, planning and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns and communications efforts for technology companies and government contractors. She has a deep understanding of how to bring products and services to market with the right strategy, messaging, contract vehicles and tactics. Her keen insight into market trends and her ability to anticipate changes has been instrumental in driving the success of numerous B2G initiatives.
In 2015 Geiger co-founded Government Marketing University, filling the need for a marketplace of knowledge to support professionals responsible for marketing and selling into the U.S. Public Sector. GMarkU was acquired by GovExec in 2021 and as the Executive Vice President, she led the company’s business operations and set the annual strategic plan to ensure the mission of supporting the B2G community was at the forefront of products and programs.
