Matthew Friedman

Systems & Process Automation | AQS

Matthew Friedman is the Principal of Business Process Associates and a solution architect specializing in business process automation for federal contractors. With experience supporting organizations operating under NASA SEWP III, IV, and V, he brings firsthand knowledge of the complex quoting, catalog, compliance, order management, and fulfillment requirements facing SEWP contract holders.

Matthew led the creation and solution design of the Automated Quoting Solution (AQS), Business Process Associates’ purpose-built application for automating federal quoting and contract operations. His expertise is in translating complex operational requirements into integrated systems and automated workflows that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, strengthen compliance, and support growth.

Within SEWP Experts, Matthew brings the systems and automation discipline that connects contract requirements with day-to-day execution, helping SEWP VI contract holders build the operational capacity to manage increasing transaction volume, complexity, and growth under the contract.
